You sold your tickets! How will you get your money?

Theatr integrates with Stripe Connect, a secure third-party payment processing platform, to process payments. Be sure to add a payout method through Stripe to get paid.

Add payout method

  1. Tap OrdersSellPayment
  2. Tap Add payout method
  3. Register on Stripe Connect with your email and phone number
  4. Under Tell us about your business, choose your Country (We currently support US bank accounts only.)
  5. If you are an individual seller, choose Individual for Type of business
  6. Fill out the requested name and bank/debit card info
  7. Tap “Agree and submit

If you need to change your payout method, sign in to your Stripe dashboard with your Stripe Express account: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login

Getting paid

Once someone purchases your ticket, we’ll hold the funds and release them to you 30 minutes after the show starts.

After the funds are released, Stripe will process the funds and the amount will remain “pending” on your Theatr account. It takes up to 2 business days for the funds to become “available” for transfer.

When the funds appear under your “Available Balance”, you may initiate a transfer to your payout method by tapping Transfer balance. Stripe will then send your earnings to your payout account. Earnings are automatically paid out daily by Stripe. You may monitor the progress on your Stripe Dashboard: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login
